Functionality:

You can record your daily training.
You can start an interval timer from the set input screen.
The interval timer can be set in minutes and seconds.
It also works in the background and notifies you with a banner when the count is finished.
On the chart screen, you can select from the past 30, 60, 180, or 360 days to display the trend of your training records.
You can switch between lbs and kg for weight units.
Multi-language support (French, German, Spanish, Russian, English, Japanese, Italian, Hindi, Chinese, Korean)

*Changing the weight unit does not recalculate.
*If the language is not supported, it will be displayed in English.
